Here are links to any projects or assignments you may still be missing! Remember, all grammar quizzes must be made up with me during 2nd block or after school. 

• Bargaining / shopping project - 50 pts: Create a shopping booth with at least 5 items. You must include a sign that displays your shop's name AS WELL AS SIGNS/LABELS WITH PRICES AND THE OBJECT NAME . You will then record yourself (or have someone record you) describing these 5 objects in Spanish. You should include what they are, their color, size, price, etc. Be ready to answer follow up from me questions about the video. Upload your video to Google Drive and share it with me, or email it to me (if the file is too big, you will have to send it VIA google drive. If you have a gmail account, you have a google drive). • Spanish Travel Webquest Brochure and Speaking Assignment: (you may record your speaking part on your phone or computer and email it to me at [email protected])
  
  
• Spanish Fashion Show - Get handout from Mrs. Mason. You may record your speaking part on your phone or computer and email it to me at [email protected] (Write out the description of everything you are wearing, using as many clothing vocab words as possible, then record yourself describing what you are wearing. Send both the written and spoken descriptions VIA email to: [email protected])
  
  
• Interpersonal Interview - To be completed with a partner. You may make up with me individually during 2nd block or after school.

 JEOPARDY FINAL EXAM REVIEW - SPANISH II 

Hola chicos,

Remember your Story Book rough drafts are due TOMORROW at the beginning of class. You should also have your pictures/illustrations with you ready to create your book. If you are doing a digital format, bring your smartphone, laptop, iPad, etc. or email me your project so I can check the rough draft. I have put a link to your rubric and some helpful verbs, vocab, etc.  

Remember:  KEEP IT SIMPLE

·         Use your story map to choose either PRETERITE or IMPERFECT.

·          ****** Do not use phrases like “was eating” instead use “Ate”. KEEP IT SIMPLE! To do this, take the verb COMER and conjugate it for either the preterite or imperfect form
(comó or comía)**************

·         You may use a dictionary to look up INDIVIDUAL WORDS only. Do not look up a phrase. It will either be incorrect (some of you translated was cold to fue frio…. It is a tener expression “tengo frio” so a translator would put it incorrectly) or I will know that WE HAVE NOT GONE OVER THIS IN CLASS. The point of the project is to use everything you’ve learned up until this point. Show me your language knowledge.

Your story should be based on my picture strips, but not exactly the same. Be creative! Change the setting (hospital instead of graveyard), characters (penguin instead of monkey), or plot details (a kid takes ice cream away instead of a newspaper).

TENER EXPRESSIONS (tener frio = to be cold, tener hambre = to be hungry, tener miedo= to be scared)

ADJECTIVE AGREEMENT/PLACEMENT: Adjective go after nouns and match (una persona alta y rubia)

SPELLING/CONJUGATION: Use  your charts! Beware of irregulars!!!

Requirements: 8 pages + title page
2 sentences per page in Spanish AND English
Use preterite and imperfect forms
Use present and future tense at least ONCE  Illustrations must be hand drawn, drawn digitally
   or chosen
