Viernes, El 2 de Noviembre (02/11/12) y Lunes, El 5 de Noviembre (05/11/12) 

Culture to day to learn about Day of the Dead. What is it? What do they celbrate? Why is it important? Where do they celebrate it? How is it celebrated? We will explore the answers to these questions and make our own Day of the Dead "calacas".

Bring your colored pencils or crayons and an open mind! You also need your binder for our LPA check and a pencil to write with. We will be thinking, writing, comparing, and contrasting.

Our vocab quiz for Chapter 2 (page 75 + the words from the board) will be TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23RD for Odd classes and FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26TH for even classes. <p>

Graduation Exam

1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th blocks should report to the auditorium Monday, September 17th through Thursday, September 20th. 8th block should report to the classroom unless otherwise announced. We will all meet normally again on Friday, September 21st.
